About Us

Belmont Partners was formed in 2002 by Matthew Homer after a 20 year career with Colliers International in Southern California.

Colliers International is a worldwide brokerage, property management, real estate consulting and financing organization with 6,600 employees and 234 offices located in 51 countries. After a successful career Matt left Colliers as a Senior Vice President. He was a multiple Presidents Circle recipient during his career. This award was given to those brokers whose commission income performance fell within the top 10% of the Company’s producers.
Since its inception Belmont Partners has represented both corporate clients such as Wells Fargo Bank, Washington Mutual, West Millennium Homes, PS Business Parks and Arden Realty as well as numerous private clients in the purchase and sale of properties throughout California. In addition to sales we have handled large leasing assignments for a number of national firms.

Belmont Partners has worked on corporate sale and leasing assignments in Nevada, Michigan and Baja California in addition to California. Belmont Partners has also assisted in arranging financing for a large range of commercial product types.
